So I decided to evoke my 8th grade science skills and preform an experiment, the hypothesis being "Mallory only ever wears blue and white."
In order to make things fair, I decided that during this time, I would wear only outfits I wear on a semi-normal basis. Only clothing that I love. My favorite outfits, if you will.
Well, the results were shocking. Take a look.
This what what I was wearing that first day.
Navy Blue & White striped shirt, Ross.
Navy Blue sweater, Express.
Eastern Michigan University sweatshirt, EMU.
Blue and white lettering on the sweatshirt.
EMU's colors are green and white.
Blue and white blouse, Old Navy.
Black sweater, Target.
White Shirt, Old Navy.
Blue and white scarf, H&M.
Bracelet, handmade.
White fleece, Sports Authority.
Blue shirt, Old Navy.
White and grey sweater, Gap.
Necklace, gift.
So as you can see, I'm very comfortable adding grey or black into the mix... but yes! All I wear is navy blue and white! I'm assuming you are shocked right now. Shocked beyond belief.
Anyone else have such a predictable wardrobe? I guess the bright side is that I know what I like...

Yellow [preferably a cardigan]. Skinny jeans. Scarf. Flats. [Basically some combo of jeans + yellow.] I, too, am predictable... Hahaha.
I wear almost all navy blue too, it's so funny to find someone else come out and say the same thing.
Gwyneth Paltrow once said that she is well aware of the fact that she has a "uniform" of grays, black, and white and that she knows all her pieces work together and will always look good. So I say (to you and myself) wear what you like and if it always looks nice together but happens to be the same color, who cares!

Haha Amy, I wore a yellow shirt with my blue and white scarf (pictured in this post) and thought about the fact that I was merging our styles :)
Hilary, I love navy blue! It's the best. And I love that we're in good company with Gwyenth. Not only does she rock it out on Glee, but the girls knows how to dress!
I found something that (should) belong to you...
